Group Blog

 My group consists of Sofia DiCampli, Jenna Olson, Kazmin Foster, and myself. I chose Sofia for many reasons. She is super sweet and cooperative with everyone. She has a very great work ethic and stays very on point and focused.  I love how supportive she is of everyone and always tries to come up with the bright side. I know working with her will be a breeze. I chose Jenna because she is so amazing and has the best style. She is also friends with everyone and so sweet. Jenna is so pretty and super photogenic. She is also so natural being on camera and will make our video super interesting. I feel like she will be the one to come up with a choreography if needed in our video. She has also done dance and drama in the past so i know she a good asset. I chose Kasmin because he is the literal life of every party.  He's always happy and makes everyone laugh. He always says the most random things that just somehow make sense, that could add inspiration to our video. He is also good is editing so that is perfect. Kazmin is also super natural around a camera and used to have a youtube channel. Kaz can also dance really well and it will add some fun to our video as well as entertainment. Kaz will also not give up, he's always coming up with ideas, so that is ideal for filming the video. I contribute hard work and determination to our group. I am also a reliable asset to the team and will always do my part of the work.

First day of filming (exploring)

Hey, welcome back to the blog! Kaz and the girls were finally able to film! It was a pretty sunny day and it was right before my group went on vacation for spring break. Jenna picked me up at from my house in the morning with Sof in the car. She brought her friend Amelia to help with filming as well. There were also more friends that met us at the location so the filming process could go smoother and there would be more actors in this opening sequence. Once Jenna picked me up, she drove to Hollywood to pick Kaz up. Jenna was circling Hollywood circle in her car for like 10 minutes waiting to find Kaz. It felt like a wild goose chase for him. After picking up Kaz, Jenna drove around Hollywood beach looking for the location. When my group got there, Jenna parked and all of us walked around the location of the abandoned mall.  Blogger i am sad to inform you that Kaz and the girls have broken up. But... it is okay we're still friends we are just in different classes this year and it made more sense to do this with other people. I will miss them but i am excited to tell you about my new group i have picked. Now to tell you about my new group. This group consists of Brianna, Isabella, Lauren and I. First we have Brianna, who i have known since the first day of high school. She is on the most reliable people i have ever met. Brianna i know is going to contribute a lot to the group and i am so excited to work with her. Brianna also tells me she loves editing titles and design. Isabella or Isa as we call her is my next group member. I became close with Isa this year and I am so grateful to have because she is such a supportive friend and hype-women. Getting to know Sav- Intro Blog

Hey, long time no see, It is Savannah Diaz back at blogging again. The commercial and music video was quite a journey, but the time spent was so much fun. I learned so much from that experience, and my group was the best to work with. Now, it's time for the final task and I can't lie, I am a little nervous, but I know It will be so much fun and so great. This class so far has been really fun, and has allowed me to expand on the subjects I am interested in. Ever since I can remember, I've loved the idea of the movie industry in Hollywood, California. I've loved the lights, cameras, and movies. I was excited for this class because I knew it would help me progress in film skills.
